Former ISS Commander Leroy Chiao and Astronaut Tom Jones both thought the movie “Gravity” did a good job of replicating what it was like to work in space, especially doing a spacewalk, according to a report in SPACE. In an op-ed for the Daily Telegraph (UK), UK Astronaut Tim Peake also discussed what was realistic about the movie, noting how it compares with a simulation of ISS operations he experienced as part of his training at the Johnson Space Center. The training involved having Peake rescue himself if something went wrong during a spacewalk. (Image Credit: Warner Bros. Pictures)
