NEW Speakers’ Briefing Format
Authors who are presenting papers, session chairs, and co-chairs will meet for a short briefing 30 minutes prior to your session in your session room. This meeting is important so that authors and chairs can meet to go over how the session will run, exchange bios and upload presentations if needed.
Session Chair Forms
Session chairs are asked to complete a Session Chair Report for each session. To assist volunteers in compiling this information, this year we have moved to an electronic session chair form. Download the app on your smartphone or tablet or visit the reporting station and enter your session information. If you do not have a smartphone, simply fill out the form provided at the Speakers’ Briefing during your session and enter your results at the session chair reporting station located at the registration desk.
Reports are collected and the information is used for planning purposes, including future session topics and room allocations. Please submit your session information electronically before the end of the conference.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance are available for attendees who request documentation at the conference itself. Please request your copy at the on-site registration desk. AIAA offers this service to better serve the needs of the professional community. Claims of hours or applicability toward professional education requirements are the responsibility of the participant.
Professionals registering at the nonmember rate will receive a one-year AIAA membership. Students who are not members may apply their registration fee forward their first year’s student member dues. Membership is not included in registrations at the discounted group rate.
