    NEW EVENT! Networking Coffee and Pastries

    A great way to start the day and interact with conference participants! Networking coffee and pastries will be offered on Monday–Thursday, 0700–0800 hrs, in the Plaza Ballroom at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers. This event is open to all attendees (no tickets required).

    Networking Coffee Breaks

    Stand-alone networking coffee breaks are included in the program to allow even more time for making new contacts, continuing discussions from technical sessions, or checking emails and voicemails to keep in touch with the office while you are at the conference. Networking coffee breaks will be located in the Plaza Ballroom at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers at the following times:

    Monday, 8 April 2013  0900–0930 hrs and 1400–1430 hrs 
    Tuesday, 9 April 2013 0900–0930 hrs and 1400–1430 hrs 
    Wednesday, 10 April 2013        0900–0930 hrs and 1400–1430 hrs 
    Thursday, 11 April 2013 0900–0930 hrs 

    Welcome Reception

    A welcome reception will be held on Monday, 8 April 2013, 1800–1930 hrs, in the Georgian Ballroom at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers. Take this opportunity to engage new contacts and refresh old ones. A ticket for the reception is required and included in the conference registration fee where indicated. Additional tickets for guests may be purchased upon registration or on site, as space is available.

    AIAA Awards Luncheon

    Join fellow conference participants to recognize the achievements of your peers at the AIAA Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, 10 April 2013, 1200–1400 hrs, in the Imperial Ballroom at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers. Several awards will be presented, as well as a keynote speech by David Furrer, Senior Fellow Discipline Lead, Pratt & Whitney, East Hartford, CT. A ticket for the luncheon is required and included in the conference registration fee where indicated. Additional tickets for guests may be purchased upon registration or on site, as space is available.
