    AIAA had negotiated a block of rooms at $169 standard room single or double occupancy, plus applicable room tax. That block is now full. There is a small amount of Federal Government per diem rooms available. To make reservations, call 866.972.6779 or 615.889.1000.

    Transportation 

    Gaylord Opryland is 10 minutes from Nashville's International Airport (BNA). Shuttle service and car service are available from the airport to the Opryland.

    Daily Shuttle Schedule: 0500-2300 hrs 
    Daily express shuttle service: 1100-1900 hrs (departs every 20 minutes)

    Cost
    $40 per person, roundtrip fare
    $30 per person, one-way fare
    Guests 65 and older and children under 12 receive a discounted rate of $28 for roundtrip fares and $18 one-way fares per person. Children under 4 are complimentary.

    Nashville is the capital of Tennessee and is located on the Cumberland River in Davidson County, in the north-central part of the state. The city is a center for the health care, publishing, banking and transportation industries, and is home to a large number of colleges and universities.
