    Project Coordinator, Growth Plan

    AIAA is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator, Growth Plan who will be responsible for the execution of growth plan activities, to include:


    • Lead project teams responsible for implementing growth plan activities.
    • Work with appropriate volunteer champion/group to organize growth plan activities.
    • Work with project teams and volunteer groups to develop activity milestones, including deadlines that could include but are not limited to program development, registration, outreach, marketing, logistics, and corporate support.
    • Develop overarching project plan in coordination with Program Manager, Growth & Engagement.
    • Put in place mechanisms to capture and track metrics for activities identified by Program Manager, Growth & Engagement.

    Program Manager, Growth & Engagement

    AIAA is seeking a dynamic Program Manager of Growth & Engagement who will be responsible for:


    • Developing and implementing a process whereby AIAA continually identifies, assesses, and develops content and programming in technical, managerial, and policy related areas that are relevant, timely and important to the aerospace industry and profession and to the Institute’s existing membership (individual and corporate) and that entices aerospace professionals to engage with the Institute in such a way as to mutually benefit the industry, the profession and Institute.
    • Developing and leading a portfolio assessment of the Institute’s legacy/on-going activities, the AIAA Growth Plan existing activities and possible future activities. The portfolio assessment will guide the selection of growth plan activities and should include participation from all relevant member stakeholders.
    • Providing overall management of the AIAA Growth Plan activities, including ensuring the successful implementation of the plan’s activities, managing the expenditure of the required resources, and defining and tracking metrics against which the progress and success of the overall plan and specific activities will be evaluated.

    • Provide content development support for AIAA products and programs (including but not limited to publications, events, and public policy activities), and corporate communications activities through guided assignments from staff product and program managers and participation in staff-volunteer planning and other programmatic support activities (research, meetings, telecons, etc.)
