    Photo Identification Requirements

AIAA is committed to sponsoring world-class conferences on current technical issues of the day in a safe and secure environment. As such, beginning January 2012, all delegates will be required to provide conference registrars with identification prior to receiving a conference badge and associated materials. All delegates need to provide a valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) when they check in. Students are also required to show a valid student ID. We thank you for your participation and look forward to a continued program of excellence in safe and secure environments.

    Security Restrictions

The conference proceedings are presented in accordance with a “not-for-attribution” policy to promote robust discussion of the issues. A strict “NO note-taking” policy will be enforced during all controlled-access sessions, and NO electronic devices, cell phones, BlackBerrys, PDAs, computers, or audio/visual recording devices of any kind will be allowed in MDA-controlled conference spaces. Briefcases, backpacks, or luggage will NOT be allowed into controlled spaces. The unauthorized sale of AIAA copyrighted material is also prohibited.

    Smoking Policy

The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted inside the building.
