“No Paper, No Podium” and “No Podium, No Paper” Policies
If a written paper is not submitted by the final manuscript deadline, authors will not be permitted to present the paper at the conference. Also, if the paper is not presented at the conference, it will be withdrawn from the conference proceedings. It is the responsibility of those authors whose papers or presentations are accepted to ensure that a representative attends the conference to present the paper. These policies are intended to improve the quality of the conference for attendees.
Authors who are presenting papers, panelists, moderators, and session chairs will meet for a short briefing on the day of their presentation(s) at 0700 hrs in the exposition hall. Please attend on the day of your session(s). Continental breakfast will be served.
Each session room will be preset with the following: one LCD projector, one screen, one microphone and sound system (if necessitated by room size), and one laser pointer. AIAA does not provide computers or technicians to connect LCD projectors to laptop computers. Should presenters wish to use an LCD projector, it is their responsibility to bring or arrange for a computer on their own. Please note that AIAA does not provide security in the session rooms and recommends that items of value, including computers, not be left unattended. Any additional audiovisual requirements, or equipment not requested by 13 August 2012, will be at cost to the presenter. For additional A/V equipment, please email AIAA at email@example.com. Please note that all requests must be in writing and must include the paper number and the session number.
Timing of Presentations
All technical sessions are allowed two hours. Each paper presentation will be allotted 30 minutes, including introduction and question-and-answer period, except where noted in the program.

Employers are encouraged to have personnel who are attending an AIAA technical conference bring “open position” job postings. Individual AIAA members may post “available for employment” notices. AIAA cannot assume responsibility for notices forwarded to AIAA Headquarters. AIAA reserves the right to remove inappropriate notices. AIAA members can post resumes, browse job listings, and access other online employment resources by visiting the AIAA Career Center at http://careercenter.aiaa.org.
Nonmembers who pay the full nonmember registration fee will receive their first year’s AIAA membership at no additional cost. Members who wish to renew or reinstate their membership must also pay the full nonmember registration fee.
