    Michael Mohaghegh has worked for The Boeing Company for 42 years. He is a Boeing Technical Fellow in Advanced Structures and Materials and presently the Chief Editor of the Boeing Company Composite Design Manuals. Mike is an affiliate professor at the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics and he is the Director of Modern Aircraft Structures Certificate Program at the University of Washington. He graduated from the University of California (Berkeley) with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Structural Engineering, and the University of Washington with a Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics. He did post doctoral research in Failure Analysis at the University of Washington in 1973
