    Nuclear and Future Flight Propulsion - Nuclear Systems and How They Work

     

     

     

    Course Instructor:


    This course is organized and taught by distinguished subject matter experts in the AIAA Nuclear and Future Flight Propulsion Technical Committee.

    The instructors include:
    Bryan Palaszewski, NASA Glenn Research Center at Lewis Field
    Dr. Palszewski is the Leader of Advanced Fuels at NASA Glenn, and investigates high energy fuels for aerospace vehicles.

    Stan Borowski, NASA Glenn Research Center at Lewis Field
    Dr. Stan Borowski leads the development of nuclear thermal rockets for solar system exploration at NASA Glenn.

    Leonard Dudzinski, NASA Headquarters
    Dr. Dudzinski leads the trajectory analyses and mission studies of nuclear thermal and nuclear electric spacecraft at NASA HQ.

    Robert Frisbee, Jet Propulsion Laboratory (retired)
    Dr. Frisbee led the investigation of advanced propulsion concepts for space missions at JPL.
