    AIAA Announces Candidates for 2014 Board of Directors Election

    August 28, 2013, Updated October 31, 2013 – Reston, Va. – The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) is pleased to announce that its 2014 Nominating Committee has selected candidates for next year’s openings on the AIAA Board of Directors. The chair of the committee, AIAA Past President Paul Nielsen, confirmed the candidates who will appear on the ballot, as follows:

    The AIAA Constitution also allows board nominations to be made via petition, if supported by at least 300 voting members of the Institute. Any such petitions must be received by January 1, 2014. The final ballot will be sent to all voting members in February 2014.
