Room rates are $91 for singles and $101 for doubles, plus applicable room tax. Please specify in advance the time and date of arrival and departure and identify yourself with the AIAA meeting. These rooms will be held for AIAA until 16 December 2007, and then released for use by the general public. Most hotels will not honor late arrivals unless it is specified in advance that you or your company agrees to pay for your room if you fail to show. After 1800 hrs, a room not guaranteed is considered a “no show” and will be offered to the next available customer.

During January the weather is crisp, clear, and cool. Reno is within 45 minutes of one of the world’s largest snow areas—Lake Tahoe and Incline Village. Perhaps after four days of concentrated sessions at the hotel, you can plan some time to relax and ski in the high country.
