Each of the session rooms will be preset with one LCD projector, one screen, pointer and appropriate microphone(s). An overhead projector will be provided if requested in advance. Any additional audiovisual requirements will be at the cost of the user. If you require additional A/V equipment, please contact joannez@aiaa.org no later than 24 April.

Speakers' Briefing

Authors who are presenting papers, session chairs, and co-chairs will meet for a short briefing at 0700 hrs. Please attend only on the day of your session(s). Continental breakfast will be provided.
