For over 30 years, the AIAA Aerospace Sciences Meeting has been the premier aerospace industry showcase, with the largest attendance of any Institute conference event. In 2009, the enhanced Aerospace Sciences Meeting and Exhibit will be relocated to the spacious Orlando World Center Marriott, in temperate Florida, and feature an expanded program format that will reach a broader audience through the enhancement of the following major components:

The Aerospace Sciences Meeting will feature a major multidisciplinary forum for aerospace scientists and engineers from around the world, including corporate, government and academic participants, to exchange scientific knowledge and research results with a view towards new technology for aerospace systems. The new, expanded meeting space will allow additional technical paper sessions to be added to this conference.

The New Horizon Forum (held in parallel with the Aerospace Sciences Meeting) will feature high-profile keynote speakers each day, from government and the aerospace industry, to address the emerging needs and opportunities for military, commercial air, and space systems.

The Aerospace Exposition will feature DoD and aerospace industry sponsors and exhibitors within the expanded Expo Hall area, as well as a Small Business Pavilion, and Work Force Development activities. AIAA strives to integrate multiple components of the conference for the benefit of the attendees and the exhibitors. For this reason, in 2009 large screens will be incorporated into the exhibit hall, giving all attendees access to keynote presentations while allowing them to canvas the exhibit area. Don’t miss another new element to the ASM conference: VIP tours designed to allow key government and industry attendees to interact with exhibitors.

AIAA would like to thank the following Sponsors for their support of this event.
