Please specify in advance the time and date of your arrival and departure and identify yourself with the AIAA conference. These rooms will be held for AIAA until 9 August 2008, and then released for use by the general public. You are encouraged to book your hotel room early.

New Passport Law

New United States Federal Law requires that travelers entering or re-entering the United States from any international country (including the Caribbean, Bermuda, Panama, Mexico, and Canada) must present a government-issued passport to clear U.S. Customs.
