Conference attendees save 15% off of any book(s) when placing their TAX-FREE orders prior to the conference. Plus, they’ll receive FREE SHIPPING to the conference. We will ship the books to the conference and will be ready for pick-up by the attendee at the AIAA Pavilion located in the exhibit hall during posted exhibit hall hours. How to Order:
- Save the pdf order form to your desktop before opening. (The form will not function properly if it is opened in the preview mode.) You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader 8.0 or higher to use this form. You may download the Adobe software HERE
- Once you have completed the form, click the DIGITAL SIGNATURE box to confirm your order.
- Select the SELF-SIGNED signature method and click OK until the process is completed.
- You will be asked to save the form under a new name. Please add your first and last name to the original file name (IE: John Doe ASM 2009 Sale Form). PLEASE NOTE: This re-naming process will correct the calculations upon submission. All orders will be verified for correct pricing before processing payment.
- After your signature has been approved, click the SUBMIT button and the form will be attached to an encrypted email. Click SEND. If you choose to FAX the order, complete all fields on the form. FAX to the attention of Adrian Fair at 703.264.7551.
- You will receive confirmation that your order is being processed via email.
- Pick up your book order at the AIAA exhibit during posted exhibit hall hours.
- If you fail to pick up your order during the conference, your order will be mailed to you UPS/FEDEX/DHL directly from the conference site to the final destination at your expense.
