Awards Luncheons
The IECEC and JPC Awards Luncheons will take place on Wednesday, 5 August 1200 hrs. Luncheon tickets are included in the registration fees as indicated, and may be purchased by either selecting the appropriate box while registering online, or by using the registration form. A limited number of tickets may be available on-site at the registration desk and will be sold on a space-available basis.



Technical Facility Tours

You are invited to join AIAA on a tour of two of the most unique facilities that address state-of-the-art renewable energy and space technologies in Colorado.

Choice of Two Tours

Tour A: Tour the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden, CO AND Lockheed Martin Space Systems in Littleton, CO. **U.S. Citizens ONLY**
-OR-
Tour B: Tour of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Goldon, CO. This tour is open to both U.S. and International Citizens with prior authorization and clearance.

Tour A: 0700 hrs to 1700 hrs
Tour B: 0700 hrs to 1330 hrs

Tuesday Night Off-Site Event: A Journey to Space
Join us at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science for a fantastic and fun evening. As you emerge from an entry corridor with views of space, a dramatic Martian canyon lies to your right. To your left, dust and gas swirl in giant nebulae. This is Space Odyssey, where the universe is yours to explore-and where space news headlines are brought to life. Enjoy views of downtown Denver while you explore the cosmos and visit Mars.

The event will take place from 1830-2030 hrs. Bus transportation to the museum will be provided. Departures from the Convention Center will begin at 1800 hrs and run continuous loops, final bus will leave the museum at 0830pm. Dress is casual. Tickets are limited, so purchase your tickets early. Cost is $35 per person and tickets can be purchased using your registration form.



Young Professionals Networking Reception
The national AIAA Young Professional Committee is hosting a young professional (YP) reception the evening of, Monday, 3 August, at the Colorado Convention Center. Join us for food, drinks, and relaxed socializing. Open invitation to all YPs, others are welcome too. Here’s your chance to meet other members, make new contacts, and have fun.
