Continental breakfast will be served the mornings of Tuesday, 26 February, Wednesday, 27 February, and Thursday, 28 February from 0730-0830 hrs in the Korbel Ballroom Foyer in the Colorado Convention Center.

Department of Defense Approval
|
|
The Department of Defense finds this event meets the minimum regulatory standards for attendance by DoD employees. This finding does not constitute a blanket approval or endorsement for attendance. Individual DoD Component commands or organizations are responsible for approving attendance of its DoD employees based on mission requirements and DoD regulations.

Dress Code

|
Business attire is recommended for the conference.

The official language of the 1st Space Exploration Conference is English.

Luncheons
|
|
Luncheon on Tuesday, 26 February and Wednesday, 27 February will be served buffet style in Exhibit Hall D of the Colorado Convention Center so delegates can network and visit the exhibits. The luncheons are from 1145-1345 hrs.

|
Opening Night Reception The Opening Reception for the 3rd Space Exploration Conference will be held Tuesday, 26 February, 1800-1930 hrs in Exhibit Hall D of the Colorado Convention Center. The Opening Reception is sponsored by United Space Alliance.
Future Exploration Leaders Networking Reception
Download Future Exploration Leaders Reception Flyer (PDF) There will be a Future Exploration Leaders Networking Reception held on Wednesday, 27 February, 1800-1930 hrs in Exhibit Hall D of the Colorado Convention Center. The event is designed to introduce today’s leaders to tomorrow’s workforce. The reception will be followed by a session that includes a panel discussion, entertainment, and a prize drawing. Students from local area universities, recently hired college graduates, and management and technical leaders from the Apollo Era to the present will be in attendance. Everyone in the space industry is encouraged to attend! The event is free to all and is sponsored by The Boeing Company.

Refreshment Breaks
|
|
There will be mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments breaks between sessions on Tuesday, 26 February and Wednesday, 27 February and a mid-morning break on Thursday, 28 February. All refreshment breaks will be located in Exhibit Hall D of the Colorado Convention Center.

Restrictions
|
|
Videotaping or audio recording of any session during this conference is prohibited. The sale of any publication not authorized by AIAA is also prohibited.
