No Paper, No Podium Policy
|
|
If a written paper is not submitted by the final manuscript deadline, authors will not be permitted to present the paper at the conference. This policy is intended to improve the quality of the conference for attendees.

Sepakers' Breifing
|
|
Authors who are presenting papers, session chairs, and co-chairs will meet for a short briefing at 0700 hrs. Continental breakfast will be provided. Please plan to attend on the day of your session(s) only. Room location will be in the final program.

Speakers' Practice
|
|
A room will be available for speakers wishing to practice their presentations. A sign-up sheet will be posted on the door for half-hour increments from Sunday through Thursday. Location will be in the final program.

Timing of Presentations
|
|
Each paper will be allotted 30 minutes (including introduction and question-and-answer period) except where noted.
