Committee Meetings
Meeting room locations for AIAA committees will be posted on the message board and will be available upon request in the registration area.

Conference Certificate of Attendance Available
Certificates of Attendance are available for attendees who request documentation at the conference. AIAA offers this service to better serve the needs of the professional community. Claims of hours or applicability toward professional education requirements are the responsibility of the participant. Please request your copy at the on-site registration desk.

Conference Proceedings
This year’s conference proceedings will be available in two formats: after-meeting DVD and online proceedings. The online proceedings will be available on 18 January 2010. This cost is included in the registration fee where indicated. If you register in advance for the online proceedings, you will be provided with instructions on how to access them. If you register on site, you will be provided with instructions at that time. The after-meeting DVD will be mailed approximately eight weeks after the conference. Online proceedings and DVD packages may also be purchased separately at the registration desk.

Employment Opportunities
AIAA assists members seeking employment by providing a bulletin board at technical meetings. This bulletin board is solely for “open position” and “available for employment” postings. Employers are encouraged to have personnel attending an AIAA technical conference bring “open position” job postings. Individual AIAA members may post “available for employment” notices. AIAA reserves the right to remove inappropriate notices, and cannot assume responsibility for notices forwarded to AIAA Headquarters. AIAA members can post and browse resumes and job listings, and access other online employment resources, by visiting the AIAA Career Center at http://careercenter.aiaa.org.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations
AIAA speakers and attendees are reminded that some topics discussed in the conference could be controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). U.S. Nationals (U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents) are responsible for ensuring that technical data they present in open sessions to non-U.S. Nationals in attendance or in conference proceedings are not export restricted by the ITAR. U.S. Nationals are likewise responsible for ensuring that they do not discuss ITAR export-restricted information with non-U.S. Nationals in attendance.

Membership Information
Professionals registering at the nonmember rate will receive a one-year AIAA membership.
