Author Kit and Meeting Papers Templates
Author Kit The Conference Author Kit contains all the information you will need to successfully submit your paper, as well as helpful guidelines for slide presentation layout and journal submissions. For questions about submissions requirements and forms, please contact Technical Paper Support. Meeting Papers Templates Authors submitting papers to AIAA conferences can now format their manuscripts using the new AIAA Meeting Papers Template. This template contains all of the styles, formats, and layouts you will need to prepare your manuscript for submission. To use the template, save it to the appropriate "templates" folder on your hard drive, then select Papers_Template from the template menu when starting a new document. When formatting your paper, follow the guidelines laid out in the template, along with any information that has been e-mailed to you (specifically, information on deadlines, session and paper numbers, and contact information). Note: It is advised that, if possible, you use one of these templates for the actual preparation of your paper, as this will save you significant time and effort in paper formatting.

Process regarding submitting abstracts for consideration and preparing
manuscripts for publication/presentation at national conferences:1. Author must submit abstract(s) following the directions under Submit a Paper. Additional information concerning the abstract can be found in the call for papers. 2. Reviewing committee will review the abstract and determine if the abstract will benefit that session or the conference. 3. Program is compiled by technical program chair and submitted to AIAA. 4. AIAA will assign paper numbers to abstracts accepted by reviewing committee. 5. AIAA will send formal acceptance letters to authors notifying them of deadline dates, paper formatting instructions and any other related information. |
