The Secretariat for the India-United States Conference on Space Science, Applications, and Commerce has negotiated special conference rates for rooms in the following two Bangalore hotels:

    Hotel Grand Ashok (5-Star) (Conference Hotel)
    Single or Double
    US$ 80-100 / INR 4500
    Rate inclusive of all taxes and complimentary breakfast, depending on room type.

There are many other Star and Luxury Hotels in Bangalore and accommodation could also be booked there, on request. The rates at these hotels are as follows:

    Other Star Hotels
    US$ 100-125 and above

    Other Hotels
    INR 1000

    Budget Hotels
    INR 250-500

For Indian delegates, accommodation in specific Guest Houses (limited accommodation) is available. Guest House accommodation is on a first-come, first-served basis. One night deposit in advance is required when booking accommodation.
