The Executive Committee has updated our section bylaws. The revisions need to be voted and approved by the Los Angeles Section Members on or before April 3, 2000. To reduce costs to the section, we will not be mailing a copy to every member. The revisions will be available for pickup at the AIAA Western Region Office, the January and February Dinner Meetings, and on our website (
http://www.aiaa.org/sections/la/bylaws). We will also be emailing the bylaws to all members with email using a .pdf format which can be opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you are unable to get a copy of the bylaws from one of the above sources, we will be happy to mail or fax you a copy, just contact either Lisa Lint (310-643-7510) or Charity Lawson (310-812-1184). A ballot will appear in the March/April issue of the newsletter and will need to be returned no later than April 3, 2000 in order to be counted.![]()
