Room rates are $195 single/double occupancy (Bayview) or $175 single/double occupancy (Cityview). Please specify in advance the time and date of your arrival and departure and identify yourself with the AIAA conference. The rooms will be held for AIAA until 27 August 2004 and then released for use by the general public at the prevailing rates. Most hotels will not honor late arrivals unless it is specified in advance that you or your company will agree to pay for your room if you fail to show. After 1800 hrs, a room not guaranteed with a credit card or check is considered a “no-show” and will be offered to the next available customer.Government Employees—There are a limited number of sleeping rooms available at the government per diem rate; government I.D. is required.
