AIAAs Space 2004 promises to be the space event of the year! The most critical management, policy and technical issues are on the agenda and every major player in the space community—executives, scientists, and engineers from the military, civil, and commercial space arena—will join in the discussion.
The ultimategoal of this educational/community outreach component is to engage students and teachers in the exciting aspects of space; to enable the professional exchange; to share new technologies; inspire youth to be part of the future of space; to explain the importance of space in daily life. This conference is an excellent opportunity to make contacts while learning more about career choices and job demands.
A special Education Alley has been designed with more than 10,000 square feet highlighting the efforts of organizations involved with education and training. Tuesday, 28 September through Thursday, 30 September, will be open for K-12 and university students to present their work and learn about other educational initiatives. Stay tuned for updates on who will be exhibiting and appearing in the Presentation Theatre.
SPOTLIGHT on STUDENT POSTERS! The Space 2004 Conference and Exposition is offering students an opportunity to showcase their current space-related research work to conference attendees and invited guests. A limited number of posters will be presented by high school, undergraduate and graduate students.
