Speakers’ Briefing
Speakers who are presenting papers and session chairs will meet for a short briefing each morning at 0700–0800 hrs. Room location will be specified in the final program. Breakfast will be provided.
Audiovisual
Each session room will be preset with the following: one overhead projector, one data projector, one screen, and one microphone. A 35-mm slide projector, 1/2” VHS VCR, and a monitor will be set only in the rooms where the session chair has requested them in advance.
