Instructions to purchase book with discount: - Download the attached form to your desktop before opening.
- Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader 8.0 or higher. If not, go to http://www.adobe.com/ to download this software.
- Once you have completed your form, click the digital signature box to confirm your order.
- In this process, select the “Self-Signed signature” method and click ‘OK’ until the process is completed.
- You will be asked to save the form under a new name. Please add your FIRST and LAST NAME to the original file name (IE: Mr. John Doe SpaceOps 2008 Pre-Sale Form).
- PLEASE NOTE: This re-naming process will correct the calculations before being submitted so don’t worry if things look odd at first. All orders will be verified for correct pricing.
- After your signature has been approved, click the submit button and the form will be reattached to an encrypted email which will need to be acknowledged by you clicking the SEND button.
