Commercial

Active Control eXperts
Developer and manufacturer of many adaptive structure products.
CSA Engineering
Performs engineering services and product development in structural dynamics, including the area of adaptive structures.
Electro-Ceramic Products, EDO Corporation.
Supply a variety of piezoceramic materials and shapes.
Lord Corporation
Produces a line of active and adaptive systems to control noise, vibration and motion. Also, produces a range of magneto-rheological (MR) fluids for use in controllable devices and systems. A common example is Lord's Motion Master Ride Management System.
Piezo Film Sensor Operations, Measurement Specialties Incorporated (MSI)
Supply of PVDF film.
Piezo Systems, Inc.
Produce piezoceramic transducer elements and devices. Site contains a nice Piezo Education section, with a FAQ list, history article and recommended reading list.
Polytec PI, Inc.
Widely known as makers of laser vibrometers, but also produce piezoceramic actuators and custom devices.
Shape Memory Applications, Inc.
Makers of Nitinol (shape memory alloy) products. Site contains lots of background information on shape memory alloys.
