There was discussion of the upcoming (Oct. 19-21, 1999, San Francisco) World Aviation Congress, and the TC's commitment to put on two sessions of papers. There was consensus that some of the 14 speakers at the Spring Workshop might be tapped for presentations at this event. Tony Hays indicated interest in chairing a session on the High Speed Civil Transport/business SST, etc. George Donohue committed to chair a session on Free Flight, indicating some work getting underway by FedEx, UPS, and Airborne Express should be of interest for such a session.

There was a discussion of the TC Website. Members of the TC were asked to update information in their biography. A section on the upcoming Workshop is to be added. The possibility of providing for on-line registration for the Workshop was raised; David Brandt will explore this, along with the possibility of credit card payment via website.

Ray Ausrotas concluded the meeting with thanks to those participating, and indicating he plans one more conference call meeting prior to the workshop, in February; date and time to be announced.

Respectfully submitted,
Joe Davis
