UGC Organization

The UGC is a working group of the American Institute Of Aeronautics, Meshing, Visualization and Computational Environments Technical Committee.

Primary support for the UGC comes from member organizations.

Membership is open to all aerospace industry, university and government organizations.  There are no membership dues and attendance at consortium meetings is open to all.

All decisions are made by majority vote of the UGC steering committee.  Membership in the steering committee is open to all aerospace industry, university and government organizations.  Appointment of new members to the steering committee must be approved by the existing committee members.

A face to face meeting of the consortium is held annually.  In addition, the steering committee holds quarterly teleconferences.  Special meetings of the steering committee are held periodically.
