Aerospace Sciences Group Conference Planning Handbook

This Handbook constitutes a single source of reference for policy and procedures governing the planning and execution of Technical Conferences sponsored by member Technical Committees of the AIAA Aerospace Sciences Group.

This Handbook identifies the key positions (both AIAA member and AIAA professional staff) involved in the planning and implementation of AIAA technical conferences. It provides definition of the various responsibilities associated with each of these positions, establishes the associated authority conferred on upon the individuals who assume them, and delineates criteria for selection of qualified persons to serve in these positions.
