On Wednesday, SpaceX received final approval from the FAA to build a launch site near Brownsville, Texas. This clears the way for the company to decide whether or not to build the site there as SpaceX CEO Elon Musk said he would do if approved. Due to the number of issues the company is dealing with at the moment, including the impending decision by NASA to launch astronauts to the ISS on SpaceX rockets, there’s still a question of whether SpaceX is actually ready to construct the launch site or not.
