At Home

The 2021 SciTech Forum will be held as a virtual event. Participants who booked a hotel room through other sources or directly with a hotel are responsible for canceling their own reservations.

Participants are responsible for canceling their airline reservations. Each airline has its own policies regarding refunds and vouchers for future travel. You will need to work with the carrier directly to determine if you qualify. AIAA cannot be responsible for costs associated with travel.
