Attendees who book within the AIAA block and pay an optional $5 daily resort fee receive the amenities listed below. All hotel room reservation cancellations must occur at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a one-night room penalty fee.

By Plane

Orlando is served by three airports:

Orlando International Airport (MCO) - approximately 12.8 miles from the venue
Orlando Executive Airport (OEA) - approximately 14.2 miles from the venue
Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) - approximately 36.8 miles from the venue

By Train

Orlando features one Amtrak station:

Amtrak Orlando Station—approximately 10 miles from the venue

By Trolley

Hyatt Regency Orlando is located at stop 21 on International Drive for the I-Ride Trolley.

By Car

The hotel is within two miles of FL-482, FL-528, and I-4. Forum attendees can self-park in the on-site garage or opt for valet parking.  Be Wary of Scams
AIAA forums have become the target of wholesaler companies trying to sell rooms for our events. If you receive a phone call offering to make your reservation and take credit card information over the phone or via email, we highly recommend that you do not use these services. You run the risk of arriving at the hotel and not having a reservation, being unable to modify or cancel your reservation, and/or possibly compromising your credit card details.
