    Registration Hours

    On-Site Check-in

    Partnering with Expo Logic, we've streamlined the on-site registration check-in process! All advance registrants will receive an e-mail with a registration barcode. In order to pick up your badge and conference materials, make sure to print the e-mail that includes your ExpressPass Barcode, and bring it with you to the conference. Simply scan the ExpressPass barcode at one of the ExpressPass stations in the registration area to print your badge and receive your meeting materials. 


    Mobile Conference App: MyItinerary

    The MyItinerary app is available as both a native iOS (iPhone/iPad) app through the iTunes App Store, or as an HTML5 Web app for all major mobile devices (iPhone/iPad, Android, Blackberry 7 and above). Once either version is downloaded to your device, it can be run without the need for an active Internet connection. In addition, you can sync an itinerary that you created online with the app by entering your unique itinerary name.

    For optimal use, we recommend: iPhone 3GS, iPod touch (3rd generation+), iPad iOS 4.0 or later.
    You can download the MyItinerary app by searching for “MyItinerary” in the App Store directly from your mobile device. Alternatively, you can access the link below to access the iTunes page for the app.


    Once the MyItinerary app is downloaded, select the meeting “48thAIAA/ASME/SAE/ASEE Joint Propulsion Conference & Exhibit and 10th International Energy Conversion Engineering Conference

    Conference Proceedings

    Proceedings for this conference are available in online proceedings format. The cost is included in the registration fee where indicated.  Attendees who register in advance for the  online proceedings can access them now. Those registering on site will have access to the online proceedings 24 hours after registering. 


    How to Access Online Proceedings 

    • If you are preregistered and receive access to online proceedings as part of your conference registration, please visit www. and log in:

           User Name: Email addressthat is registered with AIAA 

           Password: AIAA membership number 

    • Click “My AIAA” at the top

    • Click “Conference Proceedings” under  Access Publications & Materials 

    • Scroll to the conference desired

    Speakers’ Briefing 

    Authors who are presenting papers, keynote speakers, panelists, and session chairs will meet for a short briefing on the day of their presentation(s) at 0700 hrs in Centennial Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. Tables are labeled with the first number in your session number (e.g., if you are presenting 4-JPC-15you would sit at table 4).  Please wear your conference badge and only attend on the  day of your session(s). Continental breakfast  will be served. 

    Speakers’ Practice

     A speakers’ practice room will be available for speakers wishing to practice their  presentations, in the Williams Room. A signup sheet will be posted on the door for halfhour increments.   

    Session Chair Forms 

    Session chairs are asked to complete a Session  Chair Report for each session.  To assist  volunteers in compiling this information, this  year we have moved to an electronic session  

    chair form.  Download the app on your  smartphone or tablet or visit the reporting station and enter your session information.  If  you do not have a smartphone, simply fill out  

    the form provided at the Speakers’ Briefing  during your session and enter your results at  the session chair reporting station located at the registration desk. 


    Reports are collected and the information is used for planning purposes, including future session topics and room allocations.  Please submit your session information electronically before the end of the conference.
