Entries

The entry period OPENS 15 October at 8AM (0800) US Eastern Time. No entries will be accepted before that time. A completed entry must be RECEIVED by 5 PM (1700) US Eastern Time on 31 October. Entries will be collected through the online Submission system.

Proposal

Teams are required to submit the proposal and team rosters via the online submission system. Proposals and team rosters are due by 5 pm (1700) US Eastern Time on 31 October.

The proposals will be scored as defined in the proposal requirements section. The top 110 proposals plus ties will be invited to submit design reports and potentially become eligible for the fly-off. Teams will be notified no later than 17 November if their proposal has been accepted or not.

Design Report

The design report submission period OPENS 1 February at 8AM (0800) US Eastern Time. The Design Report must be submitted by 5pm (1700) US Eastern Time on 23 February 2024, 1700 hrs US ET.

The reports will be scored as defined in the design report requirements section.

Contest Fly-off

The contest fly-off is scheduled for 18–21 April 2024, in-person in Wichita, Kansas.

The flyoff will be held at the Textron Employees’ Flying Club, located at 10335 East Central Pkwy, Wichita, KS 67206. A document will be released closer to the competition with logistical information about the fly-off and its associated activities. Please see the anticipated fly-off schedule below:

• Thu, 18 April: 1200hrs -1800 hrs
• Fri, 19 April: 0700 hrs – 1800 hrs
• Sat, 20 April: 0700 hrs – 1800 hrs
• Sun, 21 April: 0700 hrs – 1700 hrs
• Sun, 21 April: 1730 hrs (Awards Presentation)
