Enanga Daisy Fâlé Sr. Systems Engineering Manager, Northrop Grumman Corporation; Director, Aerospace SIG (ASIG), National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE)

Enanga Daisy Fâlé is an engineering leader, new tech adopter, and global engineering advocate who relishes opportunities to drive technological advancement. Her engineering and leadership expertise spans the aerospace, medical, and industrial industries. Fâlé works for Northrop Grumman as a senior system engineering manager of a systems engineering and integration department and visualization immersive systems lab. Her activities have included leading model-based systems engineering strategies, launching the formal stand-up of a systems integration function, institutionalizing visualization technologies for applied system effectiveness analysis, and expanding visualization technology (virtual/augmented/mixed reality) utilization. 

She holds previous management and engineering design experiences with Collins Aerospace in flight management, datalink communications, and aircraft power systems across global teams. Additionally, she operated as site leader, systems engineering SME, and engineering manager for Internet of Things (IOT) and new tech insertions with Laird Technologies. 

Fâlé also extends her technical and leadership expertise as a college educator in electrical and computer engineering technology programs or through appointments on engineering educational review boards focusing on a curriculum’s industry relevance. 

Fâlé leads engineering community service activities to drive industry access, technical development, research and career opportunities through the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), Society of Women Engineers (SWE), and National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).  Fâlé currently serves as the Aerospace Special Interest Group (SIG) Director with NSBE and is an active member of AIAA driving organizational collaboration. Fâlé’s STEM advocacy began with SWE where she has held various leadership roles focused on globalization and leadership development. She recently co-founded the Technical Career Path Affinity Group and is a director on the SWE Board of Directors. 

Fâlé holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from St. Cloud State University with a concentration in aviation operations and a master’s in systems engineering, with a certificate in human-computer interaction from Iowa State University.
