What is Young Professional Membership?

Young Professional Membership offers professionals age 35 and under a discounted rate on membership as they navigate their career journey. It is a yearly rate of $65.00 (50% of member dues.) 

To qualify for Young Professional Membership, you must be age 35 and under at the time you apply, and never have been a professional AIAA member before. Previous student AIAA members are eligible for Young Professional Membership.

If you meet one of the following criteria, you are eligible for Young Professional Membership:

  • Individuals age 35 and under and have never been an AIAA Member
  • Members taking advantage of the student-to-professional transition program
  • Members age 35 and under in their first year of membership currently paying the Young Professional rate
