Aviation Week reports that astronauts on the ISS have begun “a busy final month of the year with the third of four planned spacewalks to repair the $2 billion Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer (AMS) cosmic ray observatory.” Yesterday, NASA astronaut Drew Morgan and ESA astronaut Luca Parmitano concluded a 6-hour spacewalk that originally began at 6:31 a.m. ET.
