The Hill reports that the US Navy’s Blue Angels and the US Air Force’s Thunderbirds will honor first responders on Saturday, May 2, by performing formation flights over Baltimore, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia. The Blue Angels and Thunderbirds, the US military’s flight demonstration squadrons, made their first joint flight over New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania on April 28.  The flyovers of Baltimore will kick off at 11:30 a.m. ET and are expected to last around 15 minutes.  The flyovers of Washington, DC and its surrounding communities are expected to start at 11:45 a.m. ET and last about 20 minutes.
