GovCon Wire reports that NASA has selected Ball Aerospace, Maxar Technologies, Northrop Grumman, Tyvak Nano-Satellite Systems, and Southwest Research Institute to take part in the $6 billion indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity Rapid Spacecraft Acquisition IV contract. Rapid IV “will include firm-fixed-price orders for ancillary equipment, components and operational assistance, NASA said Saturday.” NASA “expects contract services to support design, development, launch and on-orbit checkout operations for designated government missions.”
