Space News reports that GeoOptics plans to deploy a constellation of smallsats over the next five years to collect Earth science and weather data. GeoOptics announced Thursday that it would be launching its new CICERO-2 satellites to collect GNSS radio occultation data and GNSS signals reflected off the Earth
