Space News reports that NASA and The Boeing Company are to make a second attempt to launch the CST-100 Starliner spacecraft on a test flight August 3. On Friday, NASA announced “they were proceeding with [the August 3] … launch, in an instantaneous launch window at 1:20 p.m. Eastern from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Weather forecasts project a 60% chance of acceptable weather for the launch.”
