Wind Energy Lecture - Offshore Wind Current Status and Strategy 24 January 2023 0930 - 1110

Jocelyn Brown-Saracino, Offshore Wind Energy Lead for the U.S. Department of Energy, will overview the current status of offshore wind both globally and in the U.S. She will discuss goals the U.S. has with respect to offshore wind development. Specific topics of DOE’s offshore wind strategic planning efforts will include the Floating Offshore Wind Shot, the DOE’s Atlantic transmission analysis, and the White House-led Federal State Offshore Wind Partnership focused on supply chain coordination.
