Breathe & Restore: Slow Flow Yoga to Ease Stress in Your Mind & Body 13 January 2021 0900 - 0945

This beginner-friendly yoga practice* will get you connected to your breath, warm up your body, and introduce you to some of the foundational poses of a vinyasa style yoga practice. Modification and intensification options will be offered along the way, making this practice suitable for both brand new yogis, and experienced practitioners.
