Diversity, Inclusion, and acceptance are prime objectives for AIAA
Now is the time to shape the future of the aerospace industry by utilizing and optimizing the contributions of the entire workforce. AIAA created the Diversity and Inclusion Working Group (DWG) with the aim to encourage participation and collaboration across all genders, ethnicities and races to enhance our representation of the entire industry.
Diversity Working Group
Requests to join the DWG will be accepted 1 February – 1 April 2024 for terms beginning May 2024.
Diversity Scholars Program
The AIAA Diversity Scholars Program provides opportunities for underrepresented university students pursuing a degree in aerospace to attend an AIAA forum.
