    Coordinator, University Programs

    AIAA is seeking an experienced Coordinator, University Programs who will be responsible for coordinating AIAA Institute and Foundation university programs to include competitions, paper conferences, scholarships, receptions, and other university-related events.     Event Program Executive

    AIAA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Program Executive. This individual will guide the development and execution of a new AIAA event and the long-term vision of the program. The incumbent will work closely with staff, outside partners, consultants, and AIAA members to ensure that the content and format of event and its outcome is aligned with the organizational vision. The Event Program Executive will lead a cross-functional internal AIAA staff team to ensure attendee, partner, and organizational expectations are met.

    Technical Program Specialist

    The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics is seeking a Technical Program Specialist who will be responsible for:

    • Coordinating details for the technical session programs for AIAA forums and sponsored conferences, as assigned, with support from the Technical Program Coordinator
    • Assisting authors, editors, reviewers, and staff in the use of the electronic manuscript submission, review, and tracking system(s) used to develop the technical program for AIAA forums
    • Working with the events team to create an accurate and user-friendly technical program description and schedule in all formats (e.g., print, digital, app-based, etc.).

The staff reporter will keep our members and internet audience on top of breaking news, from the first flights of transformational aircraft to the commercialization of space to developments in the exploding field of urban air mobility. The reporter will provide articles for the online and print magazine.
