Joseph Hernandez Vice President of Technology FEAM

Joseph Hernandez is the Vice President of Technology at FEAM – a family-owned company headquartered in Miami, Florida.  Over the past 30 years, FEAM has become one of the largest third-party MRO providers in the nation with over 1,100 technicians in 30+ locations throughout the US and Europe. 

At FEAM, Joseph is responsible for the development and implementation of the IT and Digital Transformation strategy with a commitment to increasing operational efficiency through process optimization and modernization.   Prior to joining the FEAM Team, Joseph worked in various industries ranging from Media & Entertainment to Financial Services – learning, applying, and adopting diverse technologies to meet business demands along the way.  

Joseph holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, FL and maintains several technical certifications including from Microsoft, Cisco, and VMware.
