Boeing 737 MAX Grounding Could Be Lifted By Early July Written 11 April 2019

The Wall Street Journal reports that the FAA has created an international panel featuring regulators from the European Union, China, Canada, Brazil, the UAE, Indonesia, and others that will assess the Boeing 737 MAX’s safety certification and The Boeing Company’s software fix for the jet. Sources believe that the 737 MAX grounding could be lifted in early July in the US, Canada, and Latin America – but the grounding could extend for additional weeks or months in Europe and other regions.
