CBS News reported that “a SpaceX Dragon cargo ship caught up with the International Space Station on Saturday, bringing 5,000 pounds of equipment and supplies to the outpost including a new docking mechanism that will provide a second port for commercial crew ships being built by Boeing and SpaceX.” The uncrewed Dragon “pulled up to within about 30 feet of the lab complex and then stood by while astronaut Nick Hague, operating the station’s Canadian-built robot arm, locked onto a grapple fixture.” (Image Credit: NASA)
