Weather Forecast: Only 60% “Go” Conditions For Saturday’s Starlink Launch Written 13 February 2020

Florida Today reports that Air Force weather forecasters “are expecting 60% ‘go’ conditions for” Saturday’s “10:46 a.m. liftoff from Launch Complex 40 with another batch of 60 Starlink internet satellites.” The 45th Weather Squadron said, “For the launch window Saturday morning, a few showers will linger off the coast. With low-level winds from the east, there is a slight chance for cumulus clouds to reach the area during the window.” Should the launch be postponed, conditions for Sunday are 90% “go.”
