2022 Aerospace and Defense Workforce Study

For the second year, AIAA has partnered with the Aerospace Industries Association and Ernst & Young to produce a new annual workforce study for our membership constituencies. The study aggregates demographic and industry trend data with the goal of supporting our joint advocacy efforts, providing member-company benchmarking, and identifying strengths of our workforce and areas of opportunity.
